We allow pets under 20 lbs with nominal charges of $25 per day followed the Ashwood pet policies. We ask that pets be on leash when exploring the grounds, they not be left unattended inside the rooms, not even in the crate and you pick up after them with your own baggies. Pets strictly not allowed on the bed, chairs, sofa, in the hallway, in the pool area or in the office and should be fully trained.

Failing to declare the Pet in advance or breaching the policy could be subject to additional fees.

Upon cancellation at The Ashwood Inn within 48 hours of your scheduled stay a charge of 1 night plus tax will be applied. $200 will be applied for for stays of a week+. For group reservations, $50 non-refundable deposit applies for each room. Group cancellation policy varies as per agreed.

A deposit is required to guarantee your room reservation. All rooms are non-smoking, guests smoking inside or within 10m of any building will be charged a fine of up to $250. Please note that in case of any damage incurred during your stay, rather it be physical or due to excess noise/disturbance to other guests, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for repair, replacement or revenue damages. Rooms are expected to be left in good condition, any room requiring excessive cleaning upon checkout will be charged an additional $50+ fee.

Late check out is only possible with request and depends on the occupancy of the same day. If available, it will be latest till 1pm with an extra charge of $25 per hour.
